- Email (with tracking) sent when your order has shipped.

REJECTED or RETURNED
Mokwheel reserves the right to charge additional fees for orders that are rejected (returned) by third party shipping companies.
REJECTED SHIPMENT
UPDATE YOUR ORDER
Re-Ship IS Requested
- Order returned to Mokwheel by third party shipper
- Customer Is Notified (Rejected Shipment Email)
- Customer submits request to re-ship order
- $150 Fee Per Bike (Re-Shipping)
- Request must be approved (email confirmation)
- Invoice must be paid before re-shipment
- Shipping confirmation (with tracking) will follow
REJECTED SHIPMENT
UPDATE YOUR ORDER
Re-Ship IS NOT Requested
- Order returned to Mokwheel by third party shipper
- Customer Is Notified (Rejected Shipment Email)
- Customer submits request to not re-ship order
- Customer fails to respond after 30 Days
- 5% Order Processing Fee
- $300 Per Bike (Shipping + Return)
- Fees will be deducted from refund
