Each manufacturer has their own policy regarding bike shipment, returns, and warranty. Please refer to our SERVICE & REPAIR section to reference this material.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
This policy applies to bicycles purchased in shop (not shipped).
Customers can request a replacement or return within 10 days of receiving their purchase.
A 5% processing fee will apply to all return items (can be waived for product exchanges).
- Customers must have their bill of sale and sales receipt when returning any product.
- Accessories must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Bikes cannot be returned if they have greater than 10 miles of use.
- Package returns must include all items (battery, display, charger, keys, tools, accessories, hitch racks, carts, etc.).
- Returned items must be operational and without wear, dirt, scratches, or other signs of excessive use.
- You may be charged up to a 20% restocking fee for inspection, repackaging, repairs, and refurbishing (waived if the product is unused).
- Returns must be approved before items can be returned (approvals sent by email).
- Products returned without approval will result in no refund.
Bikes must be returned by the customer to National eBike (5 Utility Drive, Palm Coast, FL) during regular business hours. Return items will be inspected with customer present at time of return. Refunds will be processed by our system within 5 business days (this does not include financial institution processing time).
