SERVICE & REPAIR
We do not troubleshoot bikes by phone or email.
We do not repair batteries.
Some issues (like a flat tire or brakes failing) are fairly straight forward.
Other issues (like a bike not turning on) require a “hands-on inspection” to determine what is causing the problem.
We may ask questions or request photos and documentation before we look at your bike to speed up the process.

ELECTRONIC ISSUES
We only stock parts and supplies for the bikes we sell.
There are very few electronic parts readily available for online bikes (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
If you have parts in-hand we can install them for you.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
We process warranty claims for bikes we sell.
Contact the company you purchased from to resolve issues and obtain parts (if needed).
If you have obtained warranty parts and need them installed, we can provide you a quote for the repair.
Payment for repairs will be expected at time of service (we do not bill for warranty claim work).
