BIKES DIRECTLY SHIPPED FROM MOKWHEEL
If your bike was shipped directly from Mokwheel the National eBike return policy does not apply. Please refer to Mokwheel policy below:
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
Bikes must have less than 10 miles to be eligible for return.
Return requests must be submitted by purchaser (listed on Bill of Sale) within 15 days after delivery or store pickup and are subject to a 5% return processing fee.
- Returned bike must include issued equipment (display, battery(s), Charger, Keys, Tools, alarm) and package accessories.
- Returned bike, issued equipment, and package accessories must be in working order and like new condition without damage, wear, dirt, or scratches.
RETURN TO STORE
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the bike, issued equipment, and package accessories to National eBike located at 5 Utility Drive, Suite 9, Palm Coast Florida 32137.
- Pickup and delivery service is available from National eBike (subject to schedule and fee).
- Returned bike, issued equipment, and package accessories must be delivered to National eBike within 10 days after submitting a return request.
- If bikes, equipment, and accessories are not returned within 30 days after submission the return request is null and void (no return).
AFTER SUBMISSION
- As a reminder, requests must be submitted no longer than 15 days after delivery or store pickup.
- Complete all required fields.
- Return bikes are subject to damage fee (cost of parts/supplies + $74 per hour labor rate) if repairs and/or refurbishing is required.
- Bill of sale (with receipt) must be presented at time of return.
- Missing or damaged equipment and/or accessories will be deducted from the return amount at Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) plus tax.
- You may be charged up to a 20% restocking fee for inspection, repackaging, repairs, and refurbishing (waived if the product is unused).
- Returns must be approved before items can be returned (approvals sent by email).
- Products returned without approval will result in no refund.
Bikes must be returned by the customer to National eBike (5 Utility Drive, Palm Coast, FL) during regular business hours. Return items will be inspected with customer present at time of return. Refunds will be processed by our system within 5 business days (this does not include financial institution processing time).
