At National eBike, we ensure your new electric bike arrives seamlessly with our signature White Glove Home Delivery service, bringing a fully built vehicle straight to your doorstep.
Unlike online retailers that ship heavy, confusing boxes to your porch, leaving you with hours of frustrating home assembly and a pile of cardboard garbage, we believe a premium vehicle deserves premium delivery. Because we maintain a completely stocked local warehouse right here in Palm Coast, our dedicated team avoids logistics delays to offer fast, predictable same-day or next-day delivery. Before the delivery van ever arrives at your home, our factory-trained technicians professionally build, tune, and safety-inspect your e-bike in our local facility, installing your custom anti-theft alarm system and up to 11 curated accessories so your equipment is mechanically perfect from the start.
This elite, complimentary service—valued at $99—is entirely focused on delivering absolute peace of mind and personalized rider education right where you live. When our team pulls up to your front door, we don’t just drop off a package; we provide a complete, hands-on mechanical orientation to make sure you are entirely comfortable operating your new e-bike. Our experts will walk you through your vehicle’s specific digital display, safety controls, premium Tektro hydraulic braking systems, and battery maintenance guidelines, answering every question before you take your first ride. By handles everything locally from our Palm Coast showroom to your driveway, National eBike eliminates the unexpected surprises, hidden shipping fees, and safety risks of distant online purchases, making it completely effortless to confidently start your next great outdoor adventure.
