At National eBike, your long-term investment is fully protected by our comprehensive local warranty, guaranteeing complete peace of mind long after your purchase.
While online-only retailers often abandon customers after delivery—leaving them to deal with distant call centers, complex online forms, or self-service mechanical issues—we take full responsibility for the longevity of your ride. As Palm Coast’s premier full-service dealership and an Authorized Mokwheel Service Center, we eliminate the risks of unverified third-party purchases by automatically including our robust Parts & Labor Warranty completely free with every bike and trike we sell. Because we are direct factory partners, buying from our showroom ensures your official factory coverage remains intact, active, and fully validated through professional technical setup.
This premium warranty protection means you never have to worry about the unexpected costs of maintaining complex mechanical components or advanced electrical systems. Our modern, on-site service center is staffed by factory-trained technicians who manage all diagnostic, repair, and warranty work locally right here in Palm Coast. Whether troubleshooting high-quality Samsung® or LG® battery cells, adjusting Shimano drivetrains, or servicing Tektro hydraulic braking systems, our team handles the entire process under one roof with genuine parts. Our strict commitment to quality, transparent web pricing, and local accountability ensures your warranty is a firm guarantee of safety and performance. With National eBike, you gain more than an electric bike—you secure a trusted local partner dedicated to keeping your vehicle rolling smoothly, safely, and flawlessly for years to come.
