In-Store Purchases

If you purchased your bike in-store, there is a 10-day refund and exchange policy in effect from date of purchase.  If more than 10 days have passed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but will try to resolve any issues the best we can.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including free and promotional items that were included with the bike (accessories and/or other items paid for separately are excluded).  

Once your item is received and inspected, we will review your request (refund or exchange) and notify you regarding the next course of action.  Any refund will be returned via your original method of payment minus a $75 restocking fee.

Please note refunds to credit cards vary depending on your bank.  If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company first (it often takes 7-10 days before your refund is officially posted).  Next contact your bank (there is processing time before a refund is posted).  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@nationalebike.com
