Our team members do their best to reply to messages as quickly as possible. Phone messages are often returned the same day but may take up to 48 hours for us to respond. Emails are typically replied to within 24 hours, but they too may be delayed (up to 72 hours).

Our technicians are not able to troubleshoot a bike by phone or email. Our Bicycle Repair Shop has additional information regarding our maintenance and repair services. Please schedule a service visit with us BEFORE bringing your bike to the shop!

Bicycle Information
When requesting information on a repair or bike part, please include basic references. This includes the make, model, and if possible, the manufacture year. Pictures are also helpful, but please do not send high resolution / large files.

Battery Service
National eBike only stocks certified batteries for the bikes we sell. We cannot repair old or damaged batteries at our location. We may be able to order a replacement battery if enough information can be provided.

Bikes Purchased Online
Please note we only stock parts and supplies for the make and models we carry. We likely do not have the part or battery for a bike that was purchased online (Amazon, eBay, Marketplace, etc). We may be able to locate and order parts for your bike if you can provide the information for us to inquire with our suppliers.
